Title: CHEF
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, ensuring that all food is prepared safely and to our customers' preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
-Preparation and cooking of all meals within the restaurant
-Ensuring that food is prepared safely and to our customers' preferences
-Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service and delivery of food
-Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen
-Assisting with ordering and maintaining stock levels
-Contributing to menu development and planning
Skills and Experience:
-Experience (min.2 years) as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment
-Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety
-The ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
